Healing Paths Mediation Services offers a complimentary 15-minute consultation for individuals interested in learning more about private mediation.
This brief consultation provides an opportunity to discuss the mediation services offered, ask general questions, and gain an understanding of the mediation process, fees, and next steps.
Our goal is to help you determine whether private mediation may be the right option for your family's needs.
Please Note: This consultation is informational only and does not include mediation, legal advice, case evaluation, or discussion of detailed case matters. Individual intake sessions are required before beginning mediation and are billed separately.
Intake Mediation Session
Fee: $150 Per Person | Duration: 60 Minutes
Each party is required to complete an individual intake session before beginning joint mediation.
This private session allows the mediator to understand each party's concerns, identify issues to be addressed, assess the appropriateness of mediation, and explain the mediation process, expectations, and guidelines.
The intake also provides an opportunity to ask questions, discuss individual goals, and prepare for a productive mediation experience.
Please Note: The intake fee is $150 per person, payable prior to the scheduled appointment. Intake sessions are conducted separately, and the fee does not include joint mediation sessions or document preparation.
Child Custody Mediation
Flat Fee: $350 | Up to 90 Minutes
Child Custody Mediation provides a private, neutral, and structured setting for parents to address custody and parenting concerns while keeping the best interests of their children at the center of the discussion.
Sessions may address legal and physical custody, parenting schedules, holiday and vacation arrangements, communication between parents, decision-making responsibilities, transportation, and other co-parenting matters.
The mediator assists parents in identifying concerns, exploring options, and working toward mutually acceptable parenting arrangements that support their children's needs and promote healthy co-parenting relationships.
Please Note: The $350 flat fee includes up to 90 minutes of mediation, regardless of whether the full session time is used. Individual intake sessions, additional mediation sessions, Parenting Plan preparation, and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) drafting are billed separately.
Mediation does not guarantee an agreement or court approval of any proposed parenting arrangement.
High Conflict Mediation Session
$425 | 90 Minutes
A structured, neutral session designed to help parents navigate ongoing disputes, improve communication, establish boundaries, and work toward mutually acceptable parenting agreements while prioritizing their children's best interests.
Note: Individual intakes are required. Additional sessions and agreement drafting are billed separately. Mediation is subject to safety screening and suitability.
Marital (Property/Assets) Mediation
$450 | 2 Hours
A private, neutral session helping parties resolve matters involving marital assets, debts, real estate, retirement accounts, and property division while working toward mutually acceptable agreements.
Note: Individual intakes, additional sessions, and MOU drafting are billed separately. Legal and financial advice is not provided.
Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) Drafting
$550 | 3 Hours
Preparation of a written MOU outlining the mutually agreed-upon terms reached during mediation, including child custody, parenting arrangements, marital property, or financial matters.
Please Note: Includes one draft and one round of minor revisions. Additional changes or extensive revisions may incur separate fees. Independent legal review is recommended before signing or submitting the agreement to the court.
MOU Agreement Revision
$75| 30 Minutes
This service includes minor changes, updates, or clarifications to a previously drafted Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), Parenting Plan, or mediation agreement.
All substantive revisions must be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
Please Note: Extensive revisions or additional drafting may incur separate fees. Unresolved disagreements may require an additional mediation session. Corrections of drafting errors are provided at no additional charge.
Additional Extended Time for Mediation
$200 | 1 Hours
Additional mediation time allows parties to continue discussions, address unresolved issues, clarify concerns, and work toward mutually acceptable agreements.
Note: Document drafting and revisions are billed separately. Additional sessions do not guarantee an agreement.
High-Conflict Co-Parenting Coaching
$225| 1 Hours
Individual coaching for parents navigating difficult co-parenting situations. Sessions may focus on communication, boundaries, responding to conflict, managing expectations, and keeping parenting decisions focused on the child’s needs. The other parent does not have to participate.
Co-Parenting Navigation Session
$200| 1 Hours
A practical session for parents who need help organizing their concerns, preparing for co-parenting conversations, understanding available options, or identifying matters that may benefit from mediation. This service provides coaching and education, not legal advice.
Post-Decree Adjustment Mediation
$375| 90 Minutes
Mediation for parents or former spouses who need to discuss changes after a judgment, court order, or previous agreement. Topics may include parenting schedules, holidays, transportation, communication, decision-making, and other post-decree concerns. Both parties must agree to participate before the session is confirmed.
The fee may be divided between the parties if they agree. Additional time is billed at $250 per hour.
Communication Mediation
$250| 1 Hour
A structured mediation session for two people who need help discussing a disagreement, improving communication, or developing a practical agreement. This service may be used by couples, relatives, business associates, or others experiencing interpersonal conflict.
Clear the Noise Mental Wellness Coaching
$175| 1 Hour
Individual coaching using the Clear the Noise journal to help clients organize mental clutter, identify competing responsibilities, recognize signs of overwhelm, set realistic priorities, and determine manageable next steps.
The Clear the Noise journal is sold separately and is not included in the coaching-session fee. Clients should purchase the journal before their appointment and have it available during the session.

Clear the Noise Group or Corporate Training Consultation
$75| 30 Minutes
A planning consultation for businesses, agencies, community organizations, or groups interested in scheduling a Clear the Noise workshop. We will discuss the intended audience, number of participants, training format, scheduling needs, journal copies, and organizational goals.
The consultation fee may be applied toward the training cost when the organization books a training within 30 days.
