Book an Appointment
Welcome to the Healing Paths Mediation Services scheduling page.
Please select the appointment type that best fits your needs. Each session is designed to support families and individuals in resolving conflict through structured, respectful, and solution-focused mediation.
Whether you are scheduling an intake consultation, mediation session, or parenting plan development, the goal is to create a productive space where concerns can be discussed and practical agreements can be developed.
How to Prepare for Your Mediation Session
Preparing for mediation can help make the process more productive and allow everyone to focus on solutions.
Before your session, consider the following:
1. Identify the issues you would like to resolve: Think about the main concerns or topics you would like to discuss during mediation.
2. Consider passible solutions: Mediation works best when participants are open to discussing options and exploring possible compromises.
3. Gather relevant information: If your mediation involves parenting plans, property, or financial matters, it may be helpful to bring relevant documents or notes.
4.Focus on communication: Mediation provides a structured environment where each person has the opportunity to speak and be heard respectfully.
5. Keep the long-term goals In mind: For families with children, mediation focuses on creating agreements that support the long-term well-being and stability of the children.
What to Expect
During mediation, the mediator will guide the conversation and help clarify concerns, identify areas of agreement, and explore possible solutions.
The mediator remains neutral and does not make decisions for the parties. Any agreements reached are voluntary and developed by the participants.
